Q. How much does it cost?

A. The 30 day trial is a one off payment of £129. If you want to stay on after your 30 day trial we have different options available starting from £129 per month.

Q. Do I need to be fit to start?

A. No, we tailor the programme to meet your current fitness level and ability. You will be working hard in each session but you'll be working hard at your level. 

Q. How long does each session last?

A. Each session is roughly 45-60 minutes.

Q. Do you help with nutrition?

A. Yes, everyone who comes through our 30 day trial will get guidance on their nutrition. 

Q. What type of exercise will I be doing?

A. Throughout the first couple weeks of your trial, you will be building strength & fitness using mostly bodyweight exercises. The final two weeks of the trial we will start to introduce some weight training into your programme using dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells.

Q. How do I sign up?

A. Click 'Apply Now' and fill out your information. We'll then call you and speak more in depth and see if the programme is right for you. Once you've done that, we'll then email you a link to our members site were you can pay and then automatically book your sessions?

Q. How do I book sessions?


A. You'll get your own log in details for our members site. Once logged in you'll be able to view the calendar and book sessions up to a month in advance. 

Q. What do I need to bring?

A. Just wear clothes that you're comfortable exercising in, and bring a bottle of water along with you.

Oh, and a positive attitude of course. 

Q. What if I'm late or need to cancel?


A. If you know you're going to be late, simply give us a text or call and let us know so that we can prepare for you coming in. 

If you need to cancel a session, you must do so at least 6 hours before your scheduled start time, this gives other clients a chance to book the slot too. If you don't cancel and don't show up, you will lose that session.
