Masterbaking In Lidl

personal trainer

Believe it or not, I used to work in Lidl before I became a personal trainer.

I was ‘the baker’

or as I like to call myself ‘the MasterBaker’

‘cuz I was so good at it of course

But my boss was a bit of an asshole
(most bosses are, right?)
See, I wasn’t just the baker

I was the till guy, the stock guy, the cleaner guy, the fruit n veg guy, the warehouse guy and sometimes the bloody security guy

I literally did EVERYTHING

That’s one of the reasons I hated it so much

Far too much pressure

especially when working to a ridiculously UNREALISTIC deadline

Getting it all done just wasn’t possible in the time the boss man wanted

I tried my damn hardest though

Anyway, I eventually quit that horrible shitty job (after 3 years) and I’m now I’m a LOT happier and absolutely LOVE my job as a personal trainer in Glasgow.

Those unrealistic deadlines were exactly that

>>> UN REALISTIC <<<

You know when you must do something and you’ve got a ridiculously unrealistic deadline?

Sucks ass, doesn’t it?

So why do so many people still set crazy unrealistic deadlines for losing weight?

I used to do it and it ALWAYS backfired

I’d say I’m gonna lose 20 lbs in 2 weeks

I’d cut my calories in half pretty much and go for as long as I could which usually ends up in burn out.

Then you end up reverting back to over eating…

I’ve learned how to do it the right way though….

and it’s extremely simple:

===============================================

  1. Find out how many calories you need to lose weight
  2. Plan & prepare meals to suit your daily calorie limit
  3. Exercise
  4. Be consistent
  5. Hire a personal trainer (Wink Wink)

It’s that simple…
