Man, day time TV sucks…
I don’t really watch that much television anymore, I’m more of a Netflix binger if I’m being honest.
But I had nothing to do on my Saturday afternoon off and I’m not allowed to watch my current box set without my better half (shocking, I know)
So ‘Homes under the hammer’ was the choice for the afternoons entertainment
If you’re not familiar with the show, there’s a bunch of old, shitty, run down, damaged, damp, disgusting houses that have been put up for auction
Then some rich guy/gal comes in and buys it, fixes it all and makes it look brand spanking new again
Then sells it
I know, thrilling stuff…
But.
As always, I learned a great lesson from it and I’m going to share it with you
a lesson that could help you lose weight and tone up..
for good.
See, what this guy in this episode could have done was
Give the walls a lick of paint, put some carpet over the flooring, then put in some furniture in
and then take an ‘after’ photo after a few days of work.
It would look pretty good, right?
If you just seen a photo of it, you’d think ‘oh lovely’ and consider moving in
BUT…
Although it looks good form the outside, there’s still a MASSIVE amount of internal damage that needs sorted
Damp walls, broken plumbing, creaky floors…the list could be endless
The guy had 2 choices:
You have the exact same choice when trying to lose weight & tone up:
Of course the more tempting option is number 1 because it’s quicker and it’s cheaper
But if you choose number 2, you can fix all the problems for good.
You’ll actually save money because you won’t have to keep buying and going through ridiculous detoxes every other week
You will actually get a return on your investment and it’ll last, you’ll be educated on how to eat and live a healthy lifestyle without being miserable and eating only 500 calories per day.
You NEED to be willing to invest money, time and effort though….
that’s the catch my friend
If you’re not willing to do that then you can say goodbye to your goals until you’re truly ready…
