It’s almost 2017, loads of people are making New Year’s Resolutions so I thought I’d share some progress stories and photos from some of our current 1 2 1 personal training and group training clients.
Hopefully these will help to inspire and motivate you to get yourself into shape in the New Year.
Let’s get started, shall we?
We then moved our training in doors and started working on a 1-2-1 bases with Kayleigh. As you can see from the photos above, she absolutely smashed it. Kayleigh lost over 2 stone and 4 dress sizes and is one of the strongest women we’ve worked with so far. Check out her deadlifting 90kg for 3 reps.
Here’s what Kayleigh had to say about her experience working with us

Katrina aka my (Peter) girlfriend. Although I got some jip form Katrina during our training sessions, she absolutely smashed every single one of them. We did a mixture of boxing, weight lifting and running to achieve the results above. Of course dieting played a big part of Katrina’s success but it’s wasn’t overly restrictive, in fact, we often ate out at restaurants and ate “junk” food but the majority of the diet consisted of whole, minimally processed foods.
Here’s what Katrina had to say;
“ Since working with Paul & Peter I have lost over a stone and multiple inches. I’m also getting stronger and fitter as well as toning up. They are great at providing structured workouts but also adding in some fun too.

She wasn’t as nice as that during our 1-2-1 sessions, sometimes she even swore at me ha ha ha
Jen also started training with us at our outdoor bootcamp along with Kayleigh. Jen then joined our “90 Day Summer Slim Down” to slim down for her upcoming wedding. She certainly did that as you can see above.
Jen not only toned up dramatically but she transformed into one of our fittest and most committed clients, missing only 1 or 2 sessions.
Another family member turned “client”. Our mum Jean.
Jean’s goal was to complete her 10k race. And that’s exactly what she done. She completed it in 1 hour and 13 minutes.
Jean hadn’t run a 10k before this. She used to come along to our outdoor bootcamp too but always hated the running aspect of it. Until we started doing a “running class”. She caught the bug and started to enjoy running which inspired her to set the 10k race challenge.
Challenge complete and she hasn’t ran since, ha ha. ~

Danielle is another client from our group training. Danielle is a top contender for fittest & strongest client we have. She’s super fit, super strong and is very easy to coach. I would be happy for Danielle to coach our groups herself, she’s THAT good.

And there’s a snippet of some awesome results some of our clients have achieved in 2016. Now the question is, what are YOU going to achieve in 2017?
Have you set your goals yet?
Before you do, here’s a couple of tips for you to succeed.
Most of your diet should come from whole, minimally processed foods whilst allowing some room for “junk” but only if most your diet is on point.
Think 80% of your diet as whole, minimally processed foods and 20% from “junk”.
2) Find an exercise programme that you enjoy.
You’re going to be doing this for a while so you need to find something that you like doing. It’ll be a lot harder to stay consistent if you don’t like your programme.
3) Be patient.
How long did it take for you to get in the shape you’re in right now?
Probably months, years, maybe even decades…
So, you’re NOT going to get in great shape after a 2 week “detox diet”. Be consistent and be patient and you will succeed.
